Administrative Coordinator, Asset Building Programs
Full Time – 1 Year Term

The Administrative Coordinator for Asset Building Programs works in collaboration with other Asset Building Programs staff to coordinate and provide administrative support for recruitment, intake, money management training, database management, case management and other areas of program delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to adapt and develop administrative systems in response to program changes. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This position will require someone with the flexibility to work evenings and on weekends as required.

Program Coordinator, Asset Building Programs
Full Time – 1 Year Term

The Asset Building Program Coordinator will work with the Access to Benefits program to help participants complete tax returns, apply for government benefits and solve financial problems. This work entails supporting individuals facing barriers to financial inclusion with self-advocacy and navigating complex bureaucratic systems. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience engaging in program development and designing training sessions for adult learners. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with financially vulnerable community members. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
