Common to all co-operatives is the need for both external and internal development and growth in order to ensure that they remain economically viable, able to adapt to marketplace changes and ready to capitalize on the advantages of the co-operative form of organization. Growing a co-operative can present some unique challenges compared to other forms of organizations.
CoopZone will be working to direct existing co-operatives to available resources and find new ways to bring quality tools and advice to help expand the co-operative presence in the Canadian economy.
