Both Sides of the Coin: Microcredit in Atlantic Canada and Abroad

Both Sides of the Coin is a project that seeks to outline how microcredit deals with alleviating poverty locally and globally, and to stimulate critical discussion about this and other ecological or sociological impacts that could result.
This workshop is a lead-up to the Global Microcredit Summit which will be held in Halifax in November. A speaking tour will be held in conjunction with the Summit and will bring microcredit recipients from the South to present their experience at public events and meetings throughout the region.
