GENERAL MANAGER POSITION

Inner City Development Inc. is looking for a general manager to succeed Marty Donkervoort who is retiring in May 2010. Position will commence in early 2010 providing a generous overlap period with retiring manager.

Inner City Development Inc. is a successful social enterprise in Winnipeg’s construction (both renovation and new build) sector. ICD is currently in its eighth year of operation and has 20 fulltime year-round employees. ICD has total annual revenue of $2 million and has been profitable for the past four years. Ideal candidate should be passionate about working in the social enterprise sector where there is a balance between social and financial objectives. Candidate should also bring both management and technical skills to the position.
