CoopZone Network is incorporated!

Dear CoopZone members, The CoopZone Developers’ Network Co-operative is now incorporated! Please see attached communiqué, as well as all of the background documents.   All proposals as outlined were accepted by the members at the Founding Meeting; this includes the Budget (part of the Financial Report), the Workplan and the Dues Formula.  The Board is made up of the following members:  David Daughton (Chair), Jamila Bachiri (Vice-Chair), Alan Tyabji (Secretary-Treasurer), and Directors Pascal Billard, Lynn Hannley, Jen Heneberry, and André Jalbert.
